Acceptance to medical school is a years-long process that rewards early planning, honest self-assessment, and deliberate strategy. At Palladis, we start earlier than most. We work with students from high school through undergraduate and graduate programs as they move into the application cycle itself.

Our offerings

Medical School Applications

Over five to eight years and approximately 150 students, we have developed a clear picture of where strong applicants gain ground and where they lose it, on both sides of the border. Rather than coordinating a patchwork of separate tutors and consultants, we bring a fully integrated team under one practice, and cover every dimension of preparation from MCAT instruction to AMCAS applications to CASPer and AAMC PREview coaching all the way through interview preparation.

Our MD Admissions support includes:

  • Longitudinal pre-med planning and timeline development, from high school onward
  • School list strategy tailored to your GPA, MCAT score, and overall profile, informed by cross-border admissions pattern recognition built over years of practice and MSAR analysis
  • MCAT preparation across CARS, math, and sciences with our three-person expert team
  • CASPer and AAMC PREview coaching on both format and content depth
  • Primary statement and secondary essay development
  • Reference letter strategy and coaching
  • MMI and traditional interview preparation
  • End-to-end application review and submission support

MCAT Prep

The MCAT demands both content mastery and strategic test-taking ability, and different sections require different expertise. Our three-person graduate-level MCAT team covers CARS, math, and sciences. This gives students specialized instruction across the full exam rather than generalist coaching stretched thin.

MCAT preparation at Palladis includes:

  • CARS instruction and critical reading strategy
  • Math and quantitative reasoning coaching
  • Sciences content review and application
  • Practice under realistic testing conditions
  • Section-specific feedback and improvement planning

MCAT prep is available as part of Palladis MD Admissions engagement.

CASPer Prep

CASPer is a situational judgment test used by medical schools across North America to assess the non-cognitive skills that don’t show up in a transcript. At Palladis, we coach students on both the format and the content including how to structure responses under time pressure and how to engage meaningfully with ethical, professional, and interpersonal scenarios.

CASPer preparation at Palladis includes:

  • Timed practice with realistic scenario sets
  • Coaching on response structure and prioritization
  • Content depth work covering ethical frameworks, professionalism, and healthcare context
  • Personalized feedback with targeted improvement strategies

CASPer prep is available as part of Palladis MD Admissions engagement.

AAMC PREview Prep

The AAMC PREview is a professional readiness exam that assesses how applicants navigate the real-world situations they will face as physicians. Like CASPer, it rewards students who understand both the format and the underlying competencies being evaluated. At Palladis, we prepare students on both dimensions.

PREview preparation at Palladis includes:

  • Format orientation and response strategy coaching
  • Content work covering professional competencies and situational judgment
  • Practice scenarios with structured feedback
  • Coaching on the AAMC competency framework underlying the exam

PREview prep is available as part of Palladis MD Admissions engagement.
